What can I expect on these tours?
A: The Broadway Tour is a 1 hour 45 minutes, 2 mile walking tour around Times Square and Broadway Theatre District. A professional Broadway actor or director will guide you through the many different Broadway theatres and landmarks. It is predominately an outdoor walkng tour. We will have the opportunity to go inside a few buildings that were former theatres and perhaps an active theatre depending on the circumstances.
Do we go inside theaters? See the backstage area?
A: This is mostly an outdoor walking tour. We do not go backstage. You will hear insider stories from our guides who are professional actors and directors.
Does the tour go on in the rain?
A: Yes, please come dressed appropriately for the weather. The guide will do their best to keep guests comfortable. In extreme weather conditions we will cancel the tour and notify the guests.
Are there toliets available on the tour?
A: It is best to use the bathroom before the tour. There are no planned bathroom stops. However there are public restrooms along the way.
Can I catch up to the tour group after the start time?
A:It is very hard to find the tour group if you’re late. Times Square is a crowded area. We suggest you schedule a tour when you’re able to arrive on time.
How should I dress for the tour?

Can I reschedule or refund my ticket?
A:Yes, you can reschedule or transfer your ticket. We can refund your ticket if cancelled 2 days before your tour.
Why do you need my credit card when the tour is included with my NY Pass?
A: No charges will occur if you show up with a valid NY Pass. We take credit card information because we have limited spots and only want to reserve for those who are serious about attending.
Can I show up without a reservation?
A: We recommend reserving your spot, as we cannot guarantee that spots will be available. If you’re not sure you’ll be able to attend you can just show up.
Do I need my New York Pass number to make a reservation?
A: No. We just need your credit card which won't be charged unless you don't show. On the day of the tour present your valid NY Pass to the guide.
My email confirmation shows an amount due. Why is that?
A: That is amount due if you do not show up for the tour. As long as you show up with a valid NY Pass, no charges will occur.
I see a $1 charge on your credit card. I thought no charges would occur?
A:The $1 charge will disappear, and was a test charge done to verify the credit card.
