These are short classes for schools and ideal corporate team building events.
They are a great way to gain exposure to the skills required on Broadway. Learning these skills require discovery of self and interaction with others.
If you have a group that is interested in having one of these classes, please contact us for details.

Using the power of communication through song the individual will learn to more effectively convey thoughts by arriving at the truth in imaginary circumstances. Understanding how the voice works by using mind and body will allow the individual to be connected to his or her instrument allowing them to "let go" of the voice in order to achieve freedom of tone when singing. The following will be achieved by a series of vocal and physical exercises used to train the voice for the musical theater and singing a song from the Broadway repertoire that the entire class will be taught. These techniques and skills in singing can ultimately transfer to how the everyday speaking-voice can be more effective in everyday life.
Students will prepare a song of their choice and will learn to effectively communicate the truth of the piece using vocal and acting techniques that are used to train the Broadway singer. This will be achieved by a series of vocal and physical exercises and a coaching/performance of the prepared song viewed by the entire class. Songs from all styles of Musical Theater are encouraged. ie: Showboat, The King and I, Fiddler on the Roof, Grease, Phantom, Hairspray, Next to Normal, etc.
